Welcome to AI Link. By purchasing our custom AI integration services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a sustainable, high-quality service for all our clients while protecting the technical infrastructure of our agency.

1. The Service (Build & Deployment)

AI Link provides a professional Setup & Integration service. Your one-time fee covers the custom architecture, training of the AI model based on your provided URL, branding synchronization, and the delivery of the integration code for your website.

2. Credit Allocation & "Fair Use"

To maintain system stability and manage third-party API costs, the following usage limits apply to all standard one-time builds:

• Monthly Limit: Each chatbot is allocated 200 AI-powered interactions per month.
• Monthly Reset: Message credits reset automatically on the 1st of every calendar month.
• Service Suspension: If a chatbot exceeds its monthly allocation (e.g., due to high traffic or viral activity), the service will pause until the next reset.
• High-Volume Scaling: Clients requiring higher limits can request a "High-Volume Maintenance Plan" at any time to upgrade their capacity.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

AI Link utilizes industry-leading infrastructure, including Chatbase and OpenAI. By using our service, you acknowledge that AI Link does not own these platforms. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, API downtime, or changes in third-party pricing that may affect the bot’s long-term availability.

4. Data Privacy & GDPR (Romania/EU)

Operating from Brașov, Romania, AI Link adheres to strict data minimization principles:

• Data Usage: We do not store, sell, or trade personal data captured by your chatbot. Data is processed solely to provide the AI response.
• Training Data: We only use the publicly available information from the URL(s) you provide to train your specific AI instance.
• Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your own website’s privacy policy informs your users that an AI tool is being used to process inquiries.

5. Maintenance & Refresher Fees

The one-time fee covers the initial delivery and successful launch. If your website content changes significantly and requires a "Full Model Re-train," or if you require structural changes to the bot's logic after the 14-day post-launch support period, a small "Refresher Fee" may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Link is not responsible for business losses, "AI hallucinations" (incorrect information provided by the bot), or lost leads resulting from credit depletion. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the initial setup.

7. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Brașov.
